Great Location, Great Room

Stayed three nights at the Warwick on business recently. The front desk staff was helpful and attentive. My room, which overlooked 54th Street, was larger than I expected (approx. 500 sq. feet) and nicely and traditionally furnished with nice lamps and marble top tables. Bathroom was clean, luxurious, and had good water pressure. Definitely a good value for what I paid. Best of all was that it was within walking distance of Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park South, but without as much hubbub. For those who complain of noise, c'mon - it's New York, the capital of the world! I would stay here again.
Warwick-center of operations

My 13 year old daughter, my 76 year old aunt and i shared a good sized double at the Warwick in mid-October while on a bus tour to NYC. We walked everywhere(Central park, Natural History Museum, Theatre district, Times Square, St. Patrick's and 5th Ave. shopping, Bloomingdales, Rockefeller Center, etc.). The location was great, we never felt uncomfortable out and about. The hotel was clean, the food good (we ate in the restaurant twice), and the room fairly roomy. We needed some extras- pillows, roll-away and toothbrush- which were delivered in a very prompt manner. Would definately go again.
Depressing rooms

My wife and I spent 3 nights the first week of October. Hotel was a great "base of operations"...close to Central Park, Times Square, Theater District, St. Patrick's, and 5th Avenue. Service was above average. Room was large, no problem with street noise. We would probably stay there again without second thoughts.
