 Words Aren't Enough...

We can't say enough about the staff at Eastgate! They went out of their way to assist us with all our needs. We had medical appointments and also had some time to sightsee. The suggestions were great and all of them "went the extra mile" for us. The suite was perfect for our family. We had the privacy needed and room to socialize in comfort. Thanks, Eastgate- we will be seeing you again! Abby's Family.

My friend and I just visited NY and stayed at the Eastgate Tower. We were very pleased with our accommodations. We had all that you could need in a room. Clean and large with a microwave, frig and stove. The bathroom was small but nice. We were on the fifth floor facing 39th street. We had no issues with noise - we did carry a small fan just in case. We walked everywhere. Only a mile from Time Square/Theatre district and only a few blocks from Grand Central Station - great food that was very reasonably priced. We walked to Rockefeller Center and Central Park. Needless to say we wore comfortable shoes. The hotel personnel were very friendly and polite. The parking garage was next door making it easy to visit the car as needed. We arrived around 3p on Friday and left around 9a on Sunday. Our parking was only $50. We came through the Lincoln Tunnel and found the hotel very easily. Leaving the city was even easier. My friend and I are already talking about our trip next year and we will stay at Eastgate Towers.

Very friendly check-in staff left a positive first impression, not to mention a room upgrade because my reserved (smaller) room was not available. Clean and comfortable, in a very convenient location only a few blocks from Grand Central.
