The FoodEach sandwich here, hot and cold, makes for a deluxe lunch, with afinely balanced harmony of ingredients. A tender baguette filled withsucculent Sicilian tuna is accented with olive pieces and thin slices offennel and lemon; thin-sliced pork loin is given a twist with jalapenosand ribbons of red cabbage.
